Thoughtful help when time is short

Funeral & Celebration-of-Life Story Services

A person was more than a list of dates. We help families tell the story that belongs beside the facts, both for the service and for the years after it.

Help for the immediate days

When a family is grieving, writing can feel impossible. We can interview a close relative and create a warm, accurate piece that sounds like the person you knew.

  • The Eulogia: a vivid portrait in words that captures personality, habits, humor, and the details people loved.
  • Obituary writing: the necessary facts, written clearly and with warmth.
  • Tribute keepsakes: short printed pieces for a service, gathering, or family mailing.
  • Memorial video and slideshow support: photographs, captions, and stories shaped into a coherent tribute.

Short-turnaround work depends on timing and the materials available. Contact us as early as possible and we will tell you honestly what can be completed well.

A Memory Station at the service

A Memory Station gives guests a gentle way to contribute one story, saying, recipe, or detail they do not want the family to lose. Contributions can be gathered on cards or through short recorded conversations, then returned to the family as an organized collection or used as the beginning of a memorial book.

The fuller story, after the service

The service does not have to be the last time the family gathers the stories. In the weeks that follow, we can interview relatives, friends, and colleagues and combine their different memories with photographs, letters, journals, and recordings.

  • Memorial and tribute books: custom projects generally ranging from $3,000–$6,000.
  • Polyphonic memory books: a shorter book built from several voices, available by custom quote.
  • Portraits in words: a focused bereavement tribute gathered from two to four people.

For funeral homes and hospice partners

Space Coast Stories can provide a quiet, human layer of support without adding work for your staff. Referral and pilot partnership options are available for independent funeral homes and hospice teams, including Eulogia and obituary packages, Memory Stations, tribute keepsakes, videos, and post-service book referrals.

We serve Brevard County families in person and can work by phone or video when relatives live elsewhere.
